Moller Architects are proceeding with documentation for a new tower in Shortland Street. The 28 level office tower development comprises of commercial office space designed to 5 star ESD rating in the podium and tower block. There is abundant natural light, flexible floor planning options and a selection of high quality materials and finishes.
The 12 metre high Plaza level at the Shortland Street level incorporates the atrium and entry foyer and connects to the Fort Street frontage. This creates a major public space and provides a significant enhancement of the urban environment by celebrating a significant city view shaft from O’Connell Street towards Commerce Street and the waterfront beyond. This view shaft will be enhanced with a significant artwork installation.
